  Securely place the Sonic Lamb headphones and all original accessories back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
